Who we are

Quevi Consulting is a trading name of Quevi Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 10315977, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Contact: anthonia@queviconsulting.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if given), enquiry type, country of operation, finance type, funding amount, commodity or product traded, annual turnover range, years trading, whether a contract or buyer is in place, how you heard about us, and any details you include in your message. If you contact us as a financier, we collect your organisation type, typical ticket size, the products you fund and your sectors or markets of interest instead of the business funding details. If you become a client, we also collect the documents needed for deal readiness and KYC.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, prepare your funding request and, with your agreement, introduce you to financiers. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information with financiers only when you have agreed to an introduction. We use service providers to run our website, forms and email, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep your records, including KYC documents, for the length of our relationship and for 6 years after it ends, so we can meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations and deal with any claims.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to be transferred. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
